These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and 365gem. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365gem ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of 365gem is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of any active account:

All accounts are subject to mandatory identity verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport. 365gem reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all deposits returned (subject to fraud verification), any winnings generated voided, and the matter may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
To access the full features of 365gem, you must register and maintain a single player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport, a valid email address or mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing.
Each individual natural person is entitled to hold only one (1) 365gem account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 365gem employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts associated with a duplicate account violation will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your 365gem account. You must not share your password or account access with any third party. In the event you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 365gem immediately via the support contact provided in Section 16. 365gem accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.
365gem reserves the right to carry out full Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during an ongoing player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction until compliance is achieved.
365gem accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) from verified account holders. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 365gem's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are generally credited to your 365gem wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. 365gem does not charge a transaction fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 365gem bears no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, whether individuals or business entities, are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. 365gem reserves the right to return deposits to the source and require re-deposit from a verified own-name payment method.
365gem implements anti-money laundering ("AML") monitoring on all account transactions. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger additional verification requests. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.
Withdrawal requests may be made by verified 365gem account holders at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. Verification of identity (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 365gem will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the standard identity verification process.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, or to an alternative method agreed with the 365gem support team and supported by matching identity documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Processing times are target estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 365gem does not accept liability for delays attributable to third-party payment infrastructure outside its direct control.
365gem reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar period. Where winnings arise from bonus funds, withdrawal may be subject to bonus wagering completion as described in Section 6.
365gem offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms which specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus play.
Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 365gem promotions:
All games available on the 365gem platform are provided by certified third-party game providers whose random number generator ("RNG") software has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for each game accurately reflect the certified configuration in operation on the 365gem platform.
365gem does not alter game parameters from their certified configurations. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — including disconnection, server errors, or any other interruption — 365gem's standard practice is to cancel the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. In cases where a game round has already been fully determined by the RNG at the time of the error, the RNG result will stand and the round result will be applied accordingly.
For sports betting markets on the 365gem platform, all markets are settled in accordance with the official results reported by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. In the event of rule 4 deductions, void markets, or disputed results, 365gem's sports betting rules, as published in the sportsbook section, will govern settlement. 365gem's decision on disputed sportsbook settlements is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365gem platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, voiding of winnings, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits:
All content available on the 365gem platform — including but not limited to the 365gem name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and any other proprietary material — is owned by or licensed to 365gem and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 365gem intellectual property other than the limited right to use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered player.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 365gem content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of 365gem intellectual property may constitute infringement and will be pursued through applicable legal remedies.

Where a suspension is applied pending investigation, 365gem will communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may voluntarily close their 365gem account at any time by submitting a closure request to the 365gem support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Where an account is closed by 365gem due to breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account may be forfeited at 365gem's discretion, particularly where the breach relates to fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365gem's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 365gem account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall 365gem be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether 365gem has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
365gem does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend the platform for maintenance, technical upgrades, or any other operational reason and accept no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability during any such period.
365gem collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a 365gem account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC or passport details, contact information, and payment details — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication related to your 365gem account.
365gem does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 365gem platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 365gem's international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute regarding these Terms or any aspect of the 365gem platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 365gem support as described in Section 16 and allowing a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
